What is FULTON COUNTY COMEBACK?

< To address important issues, including youth out-migration and a small town's sometimes diminishing hopes for survival in an ever competitive world, Fulton County Comeback will support and sustain the Hometown Competitiveness model for the benefit of The Fulton County region of North Central Indiana. HTC is a state supported program that has proven successful in other rural communities. This model is a long-term community sustainability effort, which goes beyond the traditional economic development methodology and focuses on four key foundational areas:
Entrepreneurship support, Youth Retention, Wealth Capture and Leadership mentoring programs. Feel free to start a blog here or join us on Twitter or Facebook. Either way stay in touch to offer FCComeback and HTC your thoughts, suggestions or expertise to the issues surrounding the community that's " in the middle of everywhere"!
